If you don't have a custom folder, look at this guide by citizen. Since the workshop is mostly fixed so if the mod doesn't work when you press the sub button, put it in your custom folder. This mod adds the half-life 2 citizen voices to all the xenians(apart from the main bosses and barnacles), making for a more horrifying and annoying experience of being told to reload, take ''medkits'' and being relentlessly chased after.(which is basically hl2 citizens/rebels in a nutshell)
